Alongside the melody debate, commenters under Amél’s reel have accused him of trying to discredit NYELO by calling NYELO’s remix AI-generated. That is an allegation made in comments, not a verified statement from Amél.
The visible captions on the two linked reels do not show Amél making that accusation. News Dance Music has not independently verified a post, message, interview or recording in which he says it. Without a primary source for the purported remark, we cannot say that he lied or attempted to discredit NYELO.
NYELO’s earlier Instagram post is a separate, checkable fact. Anyone with a direct statement or contemporaneous record relevant to the AI claim can compare it against the linked original posts. This article will need updating if new evidence becomes available.
